If you want to minimize the impact of this please back-up regularly and we will not take any responsibility for any hardware brought to us to install into a custom built system. Installation of the software is entirely customers’ own responsibility.

ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these ‘Terms of Service’, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

PAYMENT
Payment for all products must be made in full, at the time of order, by any on-line payment method available on the website. We will not deliver any product before the credit/debit card transaction has been authorized. And we will not deliver products if it has any evidence or suspicion that a credit/debit card is being used fraudulently. We will pass on all information it holds about a customer on request by the police or other authorities where a credit/debit card has been used to commit fraud or any other crime.

PRODUCT
The product offered for sale is a second hand product key that can be used to activate matching computer software, and might require phone activation. We guarantee activation of 1 copy of matching computer software on 1 pc. Under Directive on the legal protection of computer programs, the product is not “first sale,” and is covered by exhaustion rule. BitSavvyIndia.com does not sell download links or provide paid support.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Once you have received a product key by phone,email, or other means of digital delivery we will not accept its return. It is customer responsibility to install correct software and purchase correct product key. We will only offer support if there is an issue with the key and we will need a screenshot of the error. Once you made your payment, you will have 7 days to check your key, to find out if it works or not. During these 7 days, if your key is faulty, we will replace it or make a refund. After these 7 days, we will no longer make a refund or replace the key.

DELIVERY
While we will do its utmost to deliver the product instantly after payment, it shall have no liability for any delay in email delivery or non-delivery or for any consequential loss. Delays due to circumstances outside the control of us shall not entitle the customer to cancel any order or to refuse to accept email delivery.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
